Dancing with the All-stars

In honor of the Dancing with the Stars season finale tonight, I wanted to share a video of Campbell getting his groove on. We love dancing in our house. At least one or all of us bust into dance at the dinner table usually every night. Campbell reminds me of an old dad dancing at a wedding with those elbows. I caught this one right before Nolan's first t-ball game and he was definitely an all-star. I'll get pics up as soon as I can breathe from end of the year stuff at school...7 more days!!!

So you think you can dance?

I love to dance. I mean I love love love it. My mom can attest to how I would dance down the aisles in the grocery store growing up. I would choreograph dances all the time and can still remember cheerleading dances from 9th grade. I love my hip hop class each week because I don't like working out and hip hop just makes me feel like I'm going to the gym to dance. AND...I'm SO excited about the Valentine's dance at school next week. See?!?

So what can I say, we dance a lot in our house...to anything and everything. Nolan and Campbell are in on it too. These are some of my favorites that we've gotten of the boys recently. Check out this elbow action.

Dinner dance

Just another ordinary dinner at the McDonald house. I love how Campbell gives a little "woo woo" at the end. These boys love to dance just like their mama.

Rain or swine

Well we've had both rain and swine around these parts lately! My school district is closed until May 11th because of a confirmed case of swine a mile down the road from my school and 3 other probable cases that are within close proximity of my school as well. Scary!

So I'm home with the boys for the next week and a half! I'm playing it safe and not sending them to daycare either. I see a lot of movies and craft time in our future!

The good news is that Nolan had three good days this week at school! YAHOO! Can you tell that we celebrated it by the picture below...a crown, gummies, AND chocolate milk. Almost as good as Christmas in a 3 1/2 year old's eyes! Let's hope he is good for me now that we're house arrest. :)

So we're keeping ourselves entertained and Campbell is doing most of the entertaining. He's trying so hard to walk and pushes everything that can be pushed even things we don't want him to push. He has ZERO interest in toys right now. Actually, the only toys he cares about are his push/walker toys. He's some really fun ones of him right now breakin' it down.
